All Hail the King! AMC’s Breaking Bad getting set to kick-off final season 4

July 15th is already marked on my calendar! Not because I’m having a birthday party that day, but because the final season of Breaking Bad will be kicked off. I have the feeling that this is going to be the most exciting season yet and that things will end very bad!

The image to the right is the Breaking Bad poster from AMC to announce the new season. The image shows, boxes of meth, stacks of money, and a mess of money and splintered wood on a dirt floor. The one thing that has me intrigued is the M60 machine gun hidden on the right side. What role does this play in the upcoming season?

I have to admit that I didn’t start wasting Breaking Bad until I caught it on a TV marathon and I was hooked. It had to be sometime in season 2. But, Breaking Bad has turned into one of my favorite shows. It’s not so much the meth and danger, but how these characters have been changing.

The only things that I have heard about the season so far is that the season will be broken up into two parts. The first half will appear this summer and wrapping up in 2013. Other than that, not a whole lot has been said for certain. The story is going to pick up from where it left off. The titles of the early episodes are available on Wikipedia. Cranston has also came out and said that “It’s going to be crazy!”

Hail to the King! I can’t wait for season 5 of Breaking Bad to get started!

  • I have never seen this show.  I am a little afraid of the topic, but will probably watch it later all in a few days on netflix when the whole series is available at once!

    • Sally, It does get a bit dark and there are very good plot twists. The acting is superb and there is plenty of suspense. That’s what draws me to it. Cranston won 2 or 3 Best Actor awards in a row for his acting. It’s hard to imagine after seeing this that he was the dad on Malcom in the Middle.

  • Don’t give too much away … I’m catching up on these after a friend told me about the show 🙂
